A highly collectible complete set of all twelve original individual hardback novels in Black Library's epic Warhammer 40,000 series, The Beast Arises.
Published across 2015–2016, these are the individual hardback releases of the complete series, rather than the later three-volume paperback omnibus collection.
More than a thousand years have passed since the cataclysmic events of the Horus Heresy.
The Imperium has endured. The traitor Primarchs have faded into legend, humanity's enemies have been pushed back and Terra's rulers have grown dangerously confident in mankind's supremacy.
Then the Beast arises.
An Ork empire of almost unimaginable size and sophistication launches an assault capable of bringing the Imperium to its knees. Worlds fall, Imperial defences collapse and the greenskin threat reaches towards Terra itself.
The resulting conflict draws together some of the Imperium's most powerful institutions and warriors, including the Imperial Fists, Black Templars, Adeptus Mechanicus, Deathwatch, Officio Assassinorum and High Lords of Terra.
At the heart of the conflict lies the legacy of one of the Emperor's legendary sons:
Vulkan, Primarch of the Salamanders.

This listing contains the entire twelve-volume series in its original individual hardback format.
Black Library later republished The Beast Arises as three collected paperback omnibus volumes, each containing four novels. The complete original hardback run therefore represents a distinctly different and increasingly difficult-to-assemble physical edition of the series.
All twelve books are now out of print in this individual hardback format, making a complete Books 1–12 run particularly desirable for collectors of Black Library hardbacks, Warhammer 40,000 novels and complete OOP series.
Each book will be individually placed inside a custom airtight peel-strip protective bag with a moisture absorber.
Every book is then individually bubble wrapped before the complete set is protected with reinforced cardboard and securely packed for transit.
Photographs of the packing process are retained to document the condition and protection of the books prior to dispatch.
