Raw singles. Raw cards are sold as-is. We do not respond to questions asking for expected grades or guarantees of a future grade. Conditions can include surface scratches, print lines, whitening on edges or corners, and off-centre printing. Please review the photos, including for centering.

Graded cards. Slabs may arrive with chips, scratches or scuffs on the case. Case condition is not a basis for a partial refund. The grade shown on the label is the grading company's assessment, not ours.

Sealed product. Sealed items are unopened and factory sealed. Outer wrap may have minor tears or openings, and boxes may have small dings, dents or shelf wear. These will be noted or visible in the photos and are not a basis for a partial refund. Where stock photos are used, this will be stated, and the exact copy you receive may vary in minor cosmetic respects. We do not weigh, scan or otherwise assess sealed products for contents, and we make no representation about what is inside.

Lots and bundles. Single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and a toploader or semi-rigid holder. Lot listings may arrive in a team bag or deck box, and not every card in a lot will be individually sleeved and toploaded.

Payment

All payments must be made through eBay. We are not able to accept payment by any other method.

Placing a bid is a commitment to buy. Our items are sold on behalf of consignors, so we are not able to offer or negotiate Buy It Now prices on auction listings, and we are not able to end auctions early.

Orders that remain unpaid will be cancelled in line with eBay's unpaid item process.

Non-Payment and Cancellations, Please Read Before Bidding

Everything we list is consigned. We do not own these items. They belong to collectors who have trusted us to sell on their behalf, and we are accountable to them for every listing that closes.

Non-payment. Placing a bid is a binding commitment to buy. When a winning bidder does not pay, the consignor's item is tied up, the sale has to be unwound, and the item has to be relisted and run again from the start. Buyers who fail to pay for items they have won will be blocked from bidding on our listings.

Cancellations after payment. Once an order is paid, we are not able to accept a cancellation request. We pay our consignors weekly, and payment for your order is passed on to the person whose card it was. Once those funds have gone out, recovering them means going back to a third party and asking them to return money they have already been paid, which is an uncomfortable position to put anyone in. We would rather be upfront about that than promise flexibility we cannot deliver.

Please bid only on items you intend to buy, and review the photos and description carefully before you commit. If you have a question about an item, message us before the auction closes and we will answer within one business day.

None of the above affects your rights where an item arrives damaged or is not as described. See the Returns and Issues section below.

Postage

We normally dispatch within 2 business days of cleared payment.

Combined postage. We combine postage on items won on the same day. To have your items combined, either request an invoice through eBay or message us on one of the items you have won and ask for a combined shipping invoice. We will send an updated invoice with the combined postage total.

We do not hold items open past the day they are won, so please request your invoice promptly. We pay our consignors weekly, and an order that is paid and dispatched before the cut-off goes into that week's payout run rather than waiting for the next one.

Combined postage applies to single cards. It does not apply to sealed products, accessories or larger items, which are charged at the rate shown in each listing.

Items must be paid together. Combined postage only applies when the items are paid for in a single transaction on the combined invoice. If you pay for items separately, we are not able to apply the discount retrospectively.

International. We post internationally to selected countries. International postage is charged as shown in the listing and is not eligible for combining. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Address. We post to the address supplied through eBay at the time of payment. If you need a different address used, please update it before paying, as we are not able to change it afterwards.

Returns and Issues

Change of mind returns are not accepted on consignment items, so please review the photos and description carefully before bidding.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If an item arrives damaged, is not as described, or does not match the listing, you are entitled to a remedy. Message us through eBay and we will work with you to resolve it.
