This is a lot of two vintage postcards from Atlantic City, New Jersey. The first postcard, a Natural Color card published by S. J. Samuliner and printed by E. C. Kropp Co., captures a scene on the Atlantic City Boardwalk in 1948. It depicts people feeding pigeons at New York Avenue, with the boardwalk's architecture in the background. The card was mailed on July 4, 1948. The second postcard is a Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) from the 1920s. It features a studio portrait of two women. One woman is seated in a wicker rolling chair with an "Atlantic City" pennant, wearing a patterned dress, pearl necklace, cloche hat, and fox fur stole. The other woman stands beside her in a dark dress and bobbed hairstyle. This sepia-toned gelatin silver print has a divided back and exhibits condition issues including a vertical crease, spotting, and edge wear, as well as significant surface damage on the back.
