  The bowls are oven-safe up to 400°F (204°C). However, lids tolerate only 248°F (120°C) and must not be placed in the oven.

• How do I use and maintain the lid?

  1. Always open the vent before opening/closing the lid.

  2. Forcing the lid open with the vent hole closed may deform the lid.

  3. Closing the lid while the vent hole is shut will compromise its seal.
