For sale is an authentic, mid-century modern LARGE "Lobster Pot" rattan ottoman, originally designed in 1951 by the iconic Italian Neo-rationalist architect Franco Albini.
This is the highly desirable small/standard size variant, perfect as a low-profile footstool, sculptural side table, or bohemian accent piece.
Dimensions: Approx. 60 cm in diameter and 40cm high, so a proper large one !
Condition: Very good vintage structural condition.
It has been in my Mums loft, covered for many many years.
All as per photos
It retains a beautiful, rich amber-honey vintage patina. A timeless design classic that fits beautifully into Mid-Century Modern, Boho, or Eclectic interiors.
