Payment

You can use various payment methods based on eBay Managed Payments. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 3 days you got the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any charge incurred shipping products back.

Customs and duties

For buyers in the United States:

1. Import duties and taxes are included in the item price or shipping cost.
2. Items shipped to the U.S. are sent under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, which means all import-related charges are prepaid.
3. You don't need to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.

For buyers in the European Union (item price EUR 150 or less):

1. Import duties are prepaid under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method.
2. You don't need to pay additional import duties when your order arrives.
3. The EUR 150 threshold is based on the item price excluding shipping. VAT is collected by eBay at checkout where applicable.
4. This applies to the 27 EU member countries. The United Kingdom is not included.
