Antique Illinois Watch Company pocket watch, “The Autocrat” model, made in Springfield, Illinois (early 1900s).
Features:
• Illinois “The Autocrat” movement
• Adjusted, Double Roller
• Jewelled mechanical movement
• Gold-filled open face case
• Rare Hebrew numeral enamel dial
• Sub-seconds dial at 6 o’clock
Condition:
The watch will require servicing/repair. The front crystal/bezel has detached and needs reattachment or replacement. I have not tested the watch and cannot confirm working order, so it is being sold AS-IS for restoration.
The movement is clean and complete, and the dial shows age-appropriate wear.
A wonderful collectible American pocket watch with a rare Hebrew dial — perfect for restoration or addition to a vintage watch collection.
