Vintage RAB Kinder Down Smock – Made in Sheffield, England

Fantastic early vintage RAB Down Equipment pull-over down smock in bright blue with grey lining.

Features the early RAB Down Equipment chest patch, goose-down insulation, popper neck opening, large kangaroo hand-warmer pocket, ribbed inner cuffs and adjustable drawcord hem.

The internal label states 100% Nylon / Goose Down / Made in Sheffield, England.


I am slim and 6'4" and fits me well. Would fit  smaller person comfortably. Any taller and you'd be pushing it.

This is an early RAB Kinder-style down smock from the brand's Sheffield manufacturing era. Rab originally introduced the Kinder Smock in 1986 and it became a well-known piece amongst the Sheffield climbing community.
