Item: US Army USMC Marine WW2 M-1936 Khaki Pistol Belt

Markings: "U.S." stamped with serifs at the left front. Marked at the interior left front with its maker and date, "NASCO / 1942".

Condition: This belt is in Excellent Condition. Some light scattered darkening and spot soiling. Some light abrading and patina to the OD finished metal sizing keepers. Boasts a fully intact darkened brass mag pouch snap at the left front, and sports a fully functional darkened metal front buckle.

Historical Background: US Army troops and US Marines of WW2 were issued the classic M-1936 pistol belt to carry the canteen, first aid pouch, and any other vital gear that sported a wire hanger.
