This insulator is a CD 162 embossed on the front; "H. G. CO. PATENT MAY 2 1893" and "PETTICOAT" on the back.  This is the [070] listing in the book.  It is an aqua color with light milky wisps in the glass.  The milky wisps show up best with base lighting.  The insulator is in nice condition with only a no glass missing front inner edge skirt 1 1/2" bruise and a tiny front dome peck mark.  Winning U.
