This is an original divided back Halloween Postcard, postally used and postmarked 1913 from Chicopee, Massachusetts. Postcard features an embossed illustration of two children next to a giant Jack O. Lantern. Also features a black cat with an arched back. Reads "Hallowe'en Greetings".

Note that postcard has a small tear at the bottom of the postcard. Also lower corner has paper loss. See pics for details of condition.
