A vintage Boy Scouts of America official hat. Used for scoutmaster or patrol leader. A good restoration project. The felt hat could be cleaned up. The leather straps are broken. The inside leather part that goes around your head is in good condition. There is no hat size but the hole is about 7 and 1/2 in wide.
