The watch is running and displaying properly as photographed, with both digital displays active. Features include Citizen Eco-Drive light-powered movement, atomic radio-controlled timekeeping, world time covering 43 cities, perpetual calendar, 1/100-second chronograph measuring to 24 hours, dual time, two alarms, 99-minute countdown timer, UTC display, digital backlight, power reserve indicator and rotating aviation slide-rule bezel.
