Was bought with an odd fellows collection. I guess this was something that used to do way back in the day. You can do some research on it. I'm pretty sure it's part of the odd fellows  organization. It's what I was told from A. Gentleman as well, but someone's more knowledged on this. Let me know If i'm not correct on this, let me know. Please.
