Beautiful Taymar Classical Guitar, from George M. Bowden’s ‘Guitarreria’ in Mallorca (which dates this guitar most likely to the end-1970s or early-1980s).

Solid Cedar Top
Solid Ebony Fretboard
Solid Rosewood Sides/Headstock/Bridge
Laminate dual-layer Rosewood Back
19-frets

Action is extremely comfortable to play with on the ebony fingerboard with clarity of sound, warmth and projection.

As can be seen in the photos, both inner and outer laminates to the back are solid, beautifully figured rosewood, which is quite rare, as most laminate back and sides guitars tend to have a mahogany inner.
I believe that the sides are solid and the back is laminated, which would make this one of the very best laminated back classicals I have come across. Though it isn’t too clear/easy to be sure, it may actually be a fully solid guitar.

Solid cedar top, there are 2 splits to the front/top, which I have tried to show with pics 7&8, they are stable and do not affect the sound or playability.

Vintage Fustero-style tuners.
With hard case, good fit to the guitar’s body-shape.

This is an excellent guitar for players and collectors alike.

Will be carefully packaged for tracked delivery within the UK.
Alternatively, collection in person from Berkshire address, near Reading.
