A lovely little piece of 19th-century German history and a great addition to a collection of German, European, world or Imperial-era coins.
This coin is over 150 years old and is in circulated condition with age-related wear, marks and toning visible in the photographs.
I have not cleaned or professionally graded the coin, so please study the photographs carefully and judge the condition for yourself.

This coin forms part of my late father-in-law’s collection, which my mother-in-law has asked me to list on her behalf. She felt it would be lovely for the coins he collected and enjoyed to go to other collectors who will appreciate them too.
