Bottoms:  Elastic Waistband 38" flat AROUND and has a nice
stretch to about 48" AROUND. Has drawstring tie. Hipline is about 56" around.
Inseam is about 31" and total length is 40.5 off the 1 Inch waistband.
Notice wider pantlegs and cuffs at ends. Very comfy.
