This is a Kumabrick, which is slightly different from the other be@rbrick toys that Medicom produces.
Kumabricks are a sofubi soft vinyl figure and do not have articulated joints.
They were available as part of special promotions in the Project 1/6 Medicom shop in Tokyo.
