Scotland, England, and the Reformation 1534-61, by Clare Kellar. Clarendon Press, Oxford, 2003 - first edition, first printing (number line 1 3 5 7 9 10 8 6 4 2), in the Oxford Historical Monographs series. ISBN 0-19-926670-0. Kellar's study overturns the traditional view that the English and Scottish reformations had little in common, tracing the continual cross-border traffic of reformers, fugitives, preachers, and books from Henry VIII's royal supremacy to the Scottish revolution of 1559-61, and the redefinition of Anglo-Scottish relations that followed. Out of print in hardback and scarce.
