I am not the original owner of this steering wheel, but it appears to be vintage and made from wood. This item does not have made in Italy stamped on it. The horn seems to be in working condition. It pushes in and clicks. I measured from the outside of the wheel to the outside of the wheel and it measured a little bit more than 13 1/2 inches.

Please review the photos carefully. There are some signs of wear like scuffs and discoloration on the metal and wood.
