2004 big dog soft tail Original 1.5 off set, Inner chrome primary cover, yes comes as Set, with Chrome outter primary, and allen screws..i also have the gasket if you want it... Unit is in good condition has no repairs, but being over twenty years old.. Does show some scratches and bubbling of the Chrome.Please look at pictures carefully and ask all questions before purchase.Thank you
