These are extracts that the BSB Bar Exam will test you on from the Civil Litigation and Evidence BSB syllabus. Some question amounts will vary as this was for 2026 however it will only vary by 2 to 4 questions over the next years. The wording is EXACTLY as it is in the white book so you don’t need to memorise from that heavy book. You can just take this PDF to the library / coffee shop or whenever you like to study. It only has the information you need so you don’t need to scurry in both of your white books to find it / cross check it with the syllabus / highlight it and then memorise it.

It’s all done for you. All you have to do is just memorise from these notes. Paragraphs with large texts have been condensed but the quotes have remained in the exact wording as written in the white book. Along with the amount of questions you will be tested on for that exact category.

Categories are super easy to find as well, as they are all clearly labelled at the top. They correspond to the BSB syllabus handbook categories so you don’t get mixed up. You can clearly see your weak spots. If a topic is hard for you, and you can see it will only be tested with two questions… you can be at ease to skip it. As it won’t affect your grade at all. The large writing also helps see the information better on the white background. As the white books writing is tiny so would be harder and a strain on the eyes to use.
