T-Handle knife is a unique knife originally developed for "IKIJIME", which is a Japanese method of paralyzing (braindead) fish to maintain the quality of its meat at fishing site as well as for cutting gills.

The blade itself also has unique shape with single edge for most part to achieve sharpness and double edge at the tip for effortless IKIJIME. 

Because of the convenient shape, the usage is limitless for various works.
