• Subjective Grading: I am not a professional grading company. Condition definitions (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, etc.) are my honest opinion. Should an item be sent for grading, I cannot guarantee a specific numerical outcome as third-party grading companies rely on their own subjective criteria and specialized equipment. Please inspect the photos to make your own judgment before buying.
• Factory Traits: Cards may often have standard manufacturing traits (e.g., print lines, centering issues, minor silvering on edges, etc.). Because many of my listings feature items that may span several years or even decades, raw item traits can naturally vary by era, and conditional outcomes (such as 'Gem Mint', 'Perfect 10', etc.) should only be expected if explicitly stated in the listing.
• Sealed Products: For sealed items (e.g., Elite Trainer Boxes, Poké Balls, Tins, etc.), please note that factory shrink-wrap and/or plastic seals may have minor tears, scuffs, or shelf-wear for example. Flawless factory packaging is not guaranteed unless explicitly noted in the listing. Due to the nature of sealed items, pull rates and item assortments are entirely random.
• Graded Slab Cases: For professionally graded cards (e.g., PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.), these items are sold based on the official grade assigned. Slab cases used by grading companies occasionally exhibit minor factory handling traits or native Newton rings(rainbow effects inside the plastic slab) from the sealing process, which do not impact the card itself.
• Language Variant Note: Please double-check the listing title, specifications, and photos for the card's language variant (e.g., English, German, Japanese, etc.). I am not responsible for assumptions regarding card language if it is clearly shown or stated.
• Inserts & Code Cards: For any listings that may include digital code cards, promotional inserts, or bonus items, please note that all contents will be shipped physically. Digital codes will not be sent via eBay messages under any circumstances.
• Collection Preservation: Items have been stored with care over various spans of time; however, minor natural aging characteristics, including but not limited to faint paper storage traits or factory ink-density variances on card backs, may be present across both vintage and modern items.
• Auction Integrity: To ensure a fair and secure experience for all serious collectors, all auctions are actively monitored. Suspicious bidding activity or profiles that violate eBay’s marketplace policies may be subject to review or cancellation at my discretion.

📦 Shipping & Packaging

• Cards $20 and Under: Shipped via eBay Standard Envelope (penny sleeve + top loader + packing slip inside a policy-compliant, machine-flexible plain white envelope). Tracking is scanned by automated sorting machines and only updates on eBay. This tracking can be wildly inconsistent; it can sometimes mark items 'Delivered' 1–2 days before actual arrival, or items may even arrive before any updates show up on eBay.
• Cards Over $20: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (penny sleeve + top loader + cardboard layer inside a bubble mailer). Tracking is highly reliable and viewable on both eBay and USPS.
• Bulky Items: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. The item will be placed in an appropriately sized box with bubble wrap and/or filler to prevent shifting during transit.
• Shipping Upgrades: If your item is $20 or less but you prefer to upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage, please message me before checkout so I can adjust the listing. For any other shipping requests, let me know beforehand and I can see what may be available to accommodate you!
• Orders $750 or More: If your order is more than $750, then Signature Confirmation may be required upon delivery to comply with eBay protection policies.
• Shipping Addresses: To comply with eBay Seller Protection policies, items will only be shipped to the verified address provided by eBay at checkout. I cannot manually alter or customize shipping addresses on my end. If you need to change your address, please update it in your eBay settings prior to purchasing.
• Delivery Logistics: If a package is returned to sender by the postal service due to an insufficient address provided by eBay at checkout, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery(including refusal to pay international customs duties, taxes, and/or broker fees), the transaction will be canceled and refunded minus any original shipping costs incurred(including any carrier return charges, if applicable).

• Please Note: Certain items, Authenticity Guarantee designations for example, may need to be securely shipped individually in order to conform to eBay policy requirements. These verification pitstops may add roughly 3–5 business days to the estimated delivery timeline. In some instances, your item may be repackaged with official eBay packaging and would not include any of my original shipping materials. If you do purchase multiple items alongside them, I am still happy to credit back any applicable shipping differences! Occasionally the automated confirmation emails on combined shipping from eBay may display only one item/image/link from your purchases, but rest assured that all of your items are being handled, packaged, and shipped appropriately!
