RAF P/Q 'Phantom' Oxygen Mask. Fighter Jet Pilot. Fits RAF MK4 helmets onwards - Immaculate

This P/Q black oxygen mask is superb and the rubber is in great condition.  The green tube is also excellent with sealed fittings. I have seen these described as 'Phantom masks' and it does seem to match the picture of the Phantom pilot- so I'm sticking with that! There is a date of 6/88 on the mask tube.

The mask is compatible with MK4 helmets onwards with Socapex multipin connectors

This mask will look absolutely superb on display - you'll do well to find an example in better condition!

Thanks for looking - I always try to describe items as accurately as possible and I have an excellent seller rating so you can bid with confidence

About the Seller:

When selling any items of Militaria, particularly RAF items, I always endeavour to undertake meticulous research – I’m not an expert, but it’s amazing what you can find out from the internet. I never pass anything off as RFC or WW2 unless I have conclusive proof or provenance – it’s laughable to read some of the descriptions on Ebay - every part of an aeroplane is from a Spitfire and every leather helmet is from the ‘Battle of Britain!’

I take lots of photos from different angles inside and out to show the true condition ‘warts and all’.

I have been selling Aviation collectibles for many years – mostly from my own large collection – I worked for BOAC / British Airways for 38 years – mostly as Cabin Crew, so I have a lot of airline collectibles as well. See my other listings.
