The shell is fully constructed of carbon fibre. A super-light and extremely strong helmet, making it the safest helmet available on the market. The helmet is also perfect at top speeds; the aerodynamics have improved with the biplano spoiler. The helmet is constructed in 4 different shell sizes, to make sure it fits even better and does not become unnecessarily large!
This helmet was produced at the highest safety standards. The shell is made of carbon fiber, the visor is 5mm thicker and protects the face even better and the helmet is equipped with a Safety Release System. This allows the interior to be removed in the event of an accident so the helmet can easily be lifted off the head, without the risk of additional head and / or neck injury.
The visor has also been updated. It is wider so that you have a better horizontal view, the visor is thicker so that it offers more protection and it has a new closing mechanism that makes it easy to operate while driving. The vertical vision has also been expanded for an even better view.
Furthermore, this beautiful racing helmet is equipped with a hydration system, offering the possibility of hydrating while driving. This system can be easily removed, if desired. As a result, this helmet can be used both on the circuit and on public roads.
Everything has been put into place to reduce any distraction from the rider. The profile of the helmet has been update to have a wider and higher few, with 50 degrees more horizontal view. The line of sight has been raised so that even in a racing position you still have excellent visibility!
The weight and ventilation of the helmet are also excellent! With only 1350 grams, the weight does not have to have a negative influence on the driving characteristics. Furthermore, with the Integrated Ventilation System, the helmet has an improved ventilation system. This system consists of 5 metal air inlets and 2 air outlets. These ventilation openings can be sealed with the supplied caps in case bad weather. The lining of the AGV Pista GP-RR S is of course also fully removable and washable.
The helmet has had even more safety updates and is therefore the safest helmet available on the market. This new version also meets the latest in safety standards and has an ECE22.06 and DOT approval and can be used on public roads throughout Europe and the US.
