Description: Barbour x Norton & Sons collaboration long-line quilted jacket in olive with a diamond-quilted shell and a brown leather collar. Tailored cut, tapering from 56cm at the chest to 54cm at the waist.

The collaboration between Barbour (est. 1894, South Shields) and Savile Row tailors Norton & Sons (est. 1821) launched in 2013 under Barbour's Beacon Heritage line. It combined Barbour archive designs with Norton & Sons tailoring, drawing on workwear from the Northumbrian coast.

This jacket dates from approximately 2014–2016. The collaboration ran for a limited number of seasons and has since been discontinued. The Our jacket was produced in navy and olive.

Four-button front closure with notched lapels. Single-button cuffs. Rear vent fastening with three poppers.

Front pockets:

• Two lower flap pockets, each with Barbour-branded poppers and an internal leather-tab snap


• One smaller flap ticket pocket above the lower right pocket, with leather-tab snap


• One left chest flap pocket, with leather-tab snap

Interior: brown cotton upper lining, quilted olive lower lining and mustard-yellow piping throughout. The left side has a hanging button pocket with Barbour tartan lining. The right side has two open patch pockets (one medium, one small), also tartan lined.

Labels: "Barbour & Norton & Sons Savile Row London" main label, "The Original Barbour Tartan" label, and care label with model code.

Fit reference: the seller is 6ft 1in, approx. 93kg (15st), 42" chest and 36" waist. On the seller the sleeves finish at the hand and the waist sits close.

Condition: Pre-owned. 

Leather collar is soft with natural grain and no tears.

Light edge wear to the leather pocket tabs.

All buttons, poppers and snaps present and working.

Carefully wrapped and packaged.
