Collection piece seen worn on the runway. Beautiful silhouette that hugs the hips and has a layered frilly hem. Fully lined. The material at the waist is very delicate due to the age and all the weight being at the bottom of the skirt, and has previously ripped - I have repaired these, pictured, and reinforced the seam by sewing fresh across the waist but it will need to be handled delicately to prevent strain in future.
