Vintage 9ct yellow gold cameo ring depicting classical lady  
stamped "9ct" behind one of the side collars 
but polished and difficult to see so also fully tested as 9ct gold 
   approx size between "J"  and "K" or US size 5 as approx 15.7mms in diameter
 - approx. 14 mms at widest part of the front and weighs 1.7 grams  .
