Art Fever Light Block and Translucent roller blind fabric options

LIGHT BLOCK

A denser fabric designed to significantly reduce incoming daylight. Our Light Block fabric offers approximately 85% light block and is a popular choice for bedrooms and rooms where you want a darker environment.

TRANSLUCENT

A lighter fabric that allows more natural daylight through while displaying the printed design. Our Translucent fabric offers approximately 50% light block, allowing light to pass through the blind.

MATERIALS THAT ARE ACTUALLY SAFE TO LIVE WITH

Printed blinds go in bedrooms, nurseries and living rooms — rooms where indoor air quality and material safety genuinely matter. Art Fever's inks are GreenGuard Gold certified, meaning they have been independently tested for low chemical emissions and are considered suitable for sensitive indoor environments.

Our fabric range also includes PVC-free and phthalate-free options. This is an important consideration when choosing a made-to-measure printed blind for your home.

HOW TO ORDER

How to order an Art Fever made to measure roller blind
  1. Choose the closest size option from the dropdown.
  2. Enter your exact required width and drop in the custom measurement box and state whether you require an inside/recess fit or an outside/face fit.
  3. Select your preferred fabric.
  4. Complete your purchase.

IMPORTANT: The dropdown size identifies the appropriate size range. Your exact measurements should be entered separately in the measurement box.

MEASURING YOUR BLIND

Please measure carefully before ordering. The way your blind is fitted determines how we manufacture it, so please follow the appropriate guide below.

RECESS FITTING

Inside recess measuring guide for Art Fever roller blind

Measure the full width and height of the inside window recess and we will make the appropriate deductions to ensure your blind fits correctly.

Measure the width of the inside recess of the window at the top in cm and make a note of this measurement. Do the same for the drop/height and enter these measurements in the order form above.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT MAKE ANY DEDUCTIONS.

We will make the appropriate deduction from the width to ensure your blind fits correctly within the recess.

Example: If your inside recess measures 100cm wide, we will make the blind material approximately 96.5cm wide. Once the end fittings are applied, the overall blind width will then be approximately 100cm.

OUTSIDE RECESS / FACE FITTING

Outside recess measuring guide for Art Fever roller blind

Measure the full width and height of the area you want the blind to cover. Add a little extra to the top and to each side to provide sufficient coverage. We will manufacture the blind to the measurements you specify with no deductions.

To minimise light sneaking around the edges, we recommend that the blind overlaps the window recess by at least 7cm. Please add this additional coverage to your measurements.

Example: If your required blind material width is 100cm, we will manufacture the blind material to 100cm wide. Once the end fittings are applied, the overall width will then be approximately 103.5cm.
