Vintage 2003 Enesco Tools of the Trade Fit It Junior figurine.  Fix It Junior is standing next to a paint can with an Open / Closed sign.  On the base of the figure is " WE SPECIALIZE IN Small Jobs! ".  Measures approximately 4.5 inches tall by 5 inches long by 2.75 inches wide.  There is one small spot on the red base in the front.  See the photos.
