Up for sale is a striking vintage nautical wall clock designed in the style of a classic ship porthole. The heavy brass casing features an authentic marine design with functional twin wing nut latches that open up the hinged front bezel. The face displays elegant black Roman numerals against a stark white background with distinctive orange accents on the hands, marked with U.S. Maritime Commission text. The back features a Telesonic quartz movement that operates on a single AA battery.

Condition:

This clock is fully functional and keeps time accurately with a fresh battery installed. Please note that it does not have the front glass protective insert over the dial face. The heavy brass casing shows a beautiful, authentic aged patina with minor tarnish, surface oxidation, and age wear that enhances its rugged vintage character.
