Slight top lifting.
Repair marks on the binding.
Part of the binding near the neck heel on the back is peeling and uneven.
Evidence of sanding on the 1st string side of the saddle.

The string height has been adjusted to balance the top lifting, saddle condition, and neck condition as follows:

Frets: Less than 70%
Neck: Slightly back-bowed
Truss rod: Turns just a little clockwise.
String height: 6th string side: 2.5mm, 1st string side: 2.0mm
Dents: Overall, there are small dents, scratches, and signs of use, including on the back of the neck.
Weight: 2.14kg
