You are buying an old military cargo trousers in lizard camouflage. Design and pattern based on the French F1 model. These types of military camouflage uniforms—often manufactured in Europe (Portugal, France etc)—were intended for export, primarily to Africa and the Middle East. France's military influence in its former colonies, combined with export contracts and the influx of Asian-made surplus, established the F1-cut "Lizard Camo" uniform as a classic standard across the African continent. Contrary to popular belief, it was not used by the French army or other European armies—with the sole exception of the French Foreign Legion. Major armies and forces in the region that utilized this uniform include:

1. Mauritania: One of the most direct and well-documented examples. France manufactured and exported specific variants of the F1 Lizard jacket expressly for the Mauritanian Army. These export pieces are highly sought after by modern-day collectors.
2. Chad: During border conflicts and civil wars in the late 20th century, Chadian government forces made extensive use of F1 uniforms and Asian-made Lizard Camo imitations adapted to their local environment.
3. Gabon: The Gabonese army adopted this same visual style and jacket cut—often produced via Asian contracts replicating the French pattern—to equip its regular troops and security forces.
4. Rwanda and Sudan: During conflicts in the 1980s and 1990s, direct copies of this F1 Lizard Camo model frequently appeared on the battlefronts of both African nations.
5. Cameroon and Benin: Regular army and militias in the 1990s.
6. Security forces and mercenaries (Sierra Leone): The well-known South African private military company Executive Outcomes, active during the 1990s, acquired large batches of these F1 Lizard-pattern jackets to outfit and train government forces in Sierra Leone.

The pants are packed with pockets and features: it has four pockets, two at the waist, one on each side of the hip and one cargo pocket on each thigh. 

The pants are in excellent lighlty used condition, flawless. All buttons present and original. The zipper works properly, and so do the metal snap buttons. It wears like a size 194/108 that fits like a large US size. The dimensions are as follows:
