Epis Epiphone Joe Perry THE BONEYARD Les Paul Standard 2004 (no260915)

This is a 2004 Epiphone "THE BONEYARD" Les Paul Standard, a signature model for Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry.

The previous owner purchased it new in 2005, making it a one-owner item that has been carefully stored and hardly used, making it a collectible item in beautiful condition.

This is an Epiphone LIMITED EDITION signature model, a high-grade model with authentic specifications and features. The basic specifications are those of a Les Paul Standard, with a flame maple top with a distinctive coloring, a mahogany back, and a mahogany set neck. The fingerboard is rosewood, and both the body and neck have binding.

The headstock is an Epiphone headstock with a "THE BONEYARD" inlay, and the truss rod cover has a printed "Joe Perry" signature. The body top has a gloss finish, while the headstock and back of the neck have a matte black finish.

The tuning pegs are Kluson-type with green keys and engraved with the Epiphone E mark, enhancing the classic feel. The pickup is a Gibson Burstbucker 2, a highly detailed specification befitting a LIMITED EDITION signature model.

It is in original condition, a beautiful collectible condition, but there are two modifications. The original pickguard was installed when purchased new, and the screw holes are not very noticeable with this coloring, so you can also enjoy the look without the pickguard. It will be shipped with the pickguard removed. Also, the strap pins have been upgraded to Schaller locking pins, and the original pins are not included.

A genuine Epiphone hardshell case with the logo is included.

The condition is very good. It is a one-owner item that has been carefully used and stored, and there is only slight signs of use and age, with no major noticeable damage, almost no scratches, and the paint and hardware are still in beautiful, shiny condition. There are minor buckle scratches on the back.

The playing condition is good, and every detail has been carefully maintained, cleaned, adjusted, and set up, making it easy to play and producing a good sound. The center position of the pickup selector appears to be a phase connection, resulting in a chunky sound that sounds like you're pinching your nose. It is not a custom build and retains its original wiring, with no signs of wiring modifications.

This is a Joe Perry "THE BONEYARD" Les Paul Standard in very collectible condition, with a pickguard and an Epiphone hardshell case.
