About Us

“Our St Vincent Shops team are a dedicated team of volunteers and SVP staff. Working hard to ensure we offer our valued customers quality pre-loved items, affordability, and choice. Whilst aiming to offer the best service and customer care. Every purchase helps assist the SVP tackle loneliness and poverty throughout England and Wales. Each customer matters to the SVP and our team! We thank you for your understanding and patience during busy periods.

Our St Vincent’s Shop team are on hand to assist you with your orders and any inquires. Our offices are open 9 am to 5pm weekdays.

Our messages are check regularly. Please allow time for our team members to respond, especially during weekends and bank holidays.

All orders are posted out Monday to Friday, not including weekends and bank holidays.

Shipping.

St Vincent’s Shops are situated throughout England and Wales. We are happy to combine shopping in multiple items where possible. Where the locations are different, we are unable to offer a combined shipping option.

We are sustainably aware at the SVP, and we do resume packaging wherever possible, this is to help reduce postage costs for our valued customers and reduces wastage. All items are sent out well wrapped and securely for delivery.

Returns

We do accept returns within 30 days. All items, unless damaged, must be returned in their original purchases condition, with all parts included.
