The watch works when wound

Everything about it is working and looking great except for the main watch crystal has something on the inside that looks like a side bubble.  Small but it is there.  The crystal has beveled edges.  There is no makers mark on the watch.

Shows minor use wear and age.  Normal for the age.  1901 approx.
