2001s Suhr J.S.T Standard Lake Placid Blue HSH

A high-end brand popular not only for electric guitars but also for amplifiers and effects pedals, headed by John Suhr, who previously worked as a master builder at Fender.

This instrument is a top-of-the-line J.S.T Standard from 2001, boasting extremely high woodworking precision and featuring John Suhr's signature on the headstock.

A refreshing look with a striking Lake Placid Blue finish.

The body is made of two-piece alder, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is pau ferro. It achieves a thick, fat midrange and a tight, fast attack.

Refretted with 6100 size stainless steel frets. Equipped with a compound radius fingerboard and Buzz Feiten Tuning System, it achieves amazing pitch stability and beautiful chord resonance from the low to high positions.

Equipped with Sperzel finger-lock tuners and a Wilkinson bridge, it directly transmits string vibrations to the body.

The pickups are Suhr/DiMarzio OEM. A JST Bucker is mounted in the neck position, a Noize Free Single in the middle position, and a JST Bucker in the bridge position. The 5-way selector has coil assignments of 1 (bridge humbucker), 2 (bridge split & mid-top coil), 3 (mid-full coil (hum-canceling)), 4 (neck split & mid-top coil), and 5 (neck humbucker).

Pulling up the tone knob activates high-cut and passive mid-cut functions, greatly expanding the range of sound shaping.

There are some scratches and playing wear, but it does not affect playability. Player's condition.
