This vintage Halloween blower noise maker features a skull pattern, perfect for adding a spooky touch to your Halloween celebrations. Made of cardboard and paper in the 1930s. Cardboard skull and the paper goes through the nose. It has a wood mouthpiece. It still whistel but it does not unroll.  some tears and rips in crepe, see in pictures. Marked Japan and Pat. # at the top of the skull. Very hard to find piece of vintage Halloween but the 1930's.
