This PCB was only a year old when it started behaving erratically - I sent it off to 

FAAC under warranty who discovered there was some "minor slug damage"

that I had not noticed. FAAC cleaned up the board but advised it might not fix the issues, and
it still behaved slightly erratically so I bought a replacement.
