At Colossal Cards & Customs, honesty, transparency, and accurate condition assessment are always top priorities.

Every listing includes photos, scans, and/or video of the actual card being sold—what you see is exactly what you'll receive. We often use a black background when scanning or photographing cards so that any whitening, edge wear, or surface concerns are easier to see.

Please review all images carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing. We're always happy to help.

📦 SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Colossal Cards & Customs, every card is carefully prepared and packaged with collectors in mind.

Standard-sized Pokémon cards valued under $20 are typically shipped via eBay Standard Envelope unless otherwise noted or the buyer selects an upgraded shipping option. Each card is:

• Placed in a protective penny sleeve

• Secured in a semi-rigid holder or comparable protective holder as appropriate

• Packaged to help protect against handling during transit

• Shipped in a manner designed to meet eBay Standard Envelope and USPS mailing requirements

Jumbo Pokémon cards valued under $20 are typically shipped via eBay Standard Envelope unless otherwise noted or the buyer selects an upgraded shipping option. Each Jumbo is:

• Placed in a protective sleeve

• Secured between custom-cut protective inserts for added rigidity

• Packaged in an A9 mailer envelope designed for USPS automated processing

• Clearly marked "Do Not Bend" when appropriate

These shipping methods are designed to balance affordability, protection, and tracking visibility while helping keep costs reasonable for collectors.

📬 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT eBay STANDARD ENVELOPE

eBay Standard Envelope is an economical shipping option intended for lower-value collectibles. Delivery dates displayed by eBay are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual transit times may vary due to USPS processing, weather conditions, holidays, regional mail volume, and other factors outside the seller's control. It is not uncommon for eBay Standard Envelope shipments to arrive later than the estimated delivery window shown by eBay.

Please note that eBay Standard Envelope tracking is based on USPS mail processing scans and may not update as frequently as traditional parcel tracking. Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed while an item is in transit.

🚚 SHIPPING UPGRADE AVAILABLE

We recommend buyers who prefer enhanced tracking visibility, parcel handling, and additional protection to upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage shipping when available.

USPS Ground Advantage is recommended for:

Time-sensitive purchases

Collectors seeking more detailed tracking updates

Higher-value cards and collectibles

Buyers who prefer parcel handling over letter-mail processing

Buyers who prefer heavier card protection and packaging

Combined cards/orders valued over $20 may be grouped in several packages or upgraded to USPS Ground Advantage at the seller's discretion.

Cards listed above $20 do not qualify for the eBay Standard Envelope shipping option. These cards will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and will be packaged more securely because of less strict weight restrictions. This may include appropriately sized top loaders, semi-rigid card savers and cardboard mailers, bubble mailers, or other packing and shipping materials at the seller's discretion.
