This is a vintage Metz Mecablitz color filter set, most likely the Metz 60-21 set for the Metz 60 CT-series flashes (60 CT-1/CT-2/CT-4). The folding case and rigid colored filters match known 60-21 sets, and yours is marked Made in W. Germany.
