Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Origin: Professionally packed and shipped from Medicka Medical, Minnesota.
Handling Time: Most small parcel orders ship within 1–3 business days (often sooner). Freight shipments may require additional handling time, typically 2–4 business days.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size, value, and destination. Shipping charges are calculated based on location unless otherwise specified.

Damage Handling (IMPORTANT): If your shipment arrives with visible damage to the box or contents, please retain all packaging materials and notify us immediately. Carriers may require inspection of the original packaging to process a claim. Discarding packaging may void claim eligibility.

Freight / Large Equipment

Freight items require specialized handling and may incur additional preparation charges:
  • Standard Pallet (48”x40”): $150.00
  • Oversize / Non-Standard Pallet: $250.00
  • Custom Crating / Reinforced Packaging: $350.00
Freight quotes are available upon request. Buyer may also arrange their own freight carrier or use their shipping account.
Inspection on Delivery (IMPORTANT): Buyer must inspect all freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Once signed as received in good condition, damage claims may be limited or not accepted.

International Shipping

International shipping is available via eBay Global Shipping Program or direct shipment where feasible.
Duties & Taxes: All import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Freight Forwarding: Shipments delivered to third-party freight forwarders are considered complete upon delivery to the forwarding address. 
Shipping Labels: We do not accept buyer-provided international shipping labels or bills of lading.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment. Buyer must coordinate pickup in advance and provide order confirmation at time of collection.
IMPORTANT: Buyer must provide eBay 6-digit order confirmation code at pickup.
Pickup Authorization: Written notice must be provided in advance if someone other than the registered buyer will be picking up the item.
Storage: Items not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to storage fees or order cancellation.

Returns & Claims

Returns: Accepted if item is materially not as described and reported promptly upon delivery. Refund applies to purchase price; shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to seller error.
Buyer-Remorse Returns: Returns requested due to ordering error, incompatibility, or change of mind may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges, where permitted.
Order Cancellations: Buyer-requested cancellations after purchase may be subject to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee where applicable to cover listing, processing, and devaluation costs.
AS-IS / Parts Items: Items specifically listed for parts or repair are sold as-is and are not eligible for return based on functionality.
Freight Damage: Retain packaging and notify us promptly so a carrier claim can be initiated.
Return Process: Returns must be initiated through the eBay transaction to obtain authorization. Item must be returned in the same condition and with all included accessories. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
As-Represented Guarantee: Eligible U.S. sales are guaranteed to be substantially as represented in the listing description.
