Australian Bidders/Buyers:
Unless otherwise stated my parcels will be sent with a tracking number with $100 insurance for no extra charge. I post most of my items in recycled cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive safely. Items which I believe will be safely sent in a satchel will be sent via a courier satchel.
INSURANCE
Any of my items which I consider are fragile or are over $100 will be sent with insurance. First $100 insurance with tracking is free but there is a cost of $2.50 for each consecutive $100 up to value of winning bid/buy it now value.
Please wait for the final invoice with postage costs if it is required.
Once the item has been posted I have no control over the level of care the item will be given by Australia Post.
Due to spiralling costs of bubblewrap and other protective packaging I now charge a small $2.00 fee for every listing. This is added to the postage cost and will not reflect on the postage label on the box/satchel.
Shipping
Items will be packed very securely and posted once payment has been made and Ebay advise me to post item. I use Australia Post online calculator for the cost of postage. If the posting box is over 1kg in weight then it will be cubic measured and weighed for the postage cost amount.
If postage is cheaper at the time of posting I always refund the money back to you via Ebay.
I do not profit from postage.
Please do not penalise me for the cost of postage with your feedback as I have no control over the cost, nor the time the parcel takes to actually arrive at its destination.
Once I post it, the parcel is out of my control and in the hands of Australia Post.
Terms of Sale
Winning bidders please make payment within 4 days of auction/listing conclusion.
If there is a problem with payment or you have changed your mind, then please contact me to discuss the situation.
I am always happy to cancel the sale and just relist the item.
If you still do not respond to Ebay, or my requests for payment then sale will be cancelled according to Ebay requirements, and you will be blocked from purchasing anything from me in the future.

If you purchase an item from me pay for it, receive it, change your mind and want to return it then there is a cost involved for you.
ORIGINAL POSTAGE COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND RETURN POSTAGE COST IS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
THE ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED TO ME IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION IT (THEY) WAS SENT TO YOU, ALONG WITH ANY ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, ACCESSORIES, PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL BOX.
