Size  6.5M Coach red toe Leila Ballet flats C flower red brown black C POSEY sz (The "M" stands for medium width of the shoe).

They are shelf pulls .  They were displayed in the store , people tried them on so there might be small speck of dirt or other small imperfections .  After they were pulled from sales floor they were stored in warehouses so there might be some dust etc . Box has some dents , dirt etc on it ( Please see photos)
