You are buying a Vintage Hercules No. 2 Blasting Machine. It measures approx. 4.5 inches wide x 10 inches tall not including the plunger x 6 ¼ inches deep. Plunger does go up and down with difficulty and resistance. Don’t know if it just needs some oil. Wood Dovetail case has varnish and wood loss in spots from age and use.
