So that you are not disappointed with your purchase please note the following

Gradings for DVDs and CDs 
  • BRAND NEW - SEALED 
  • NEW - never used excellent condition
  • VERY GOOD - No wear on case or disc
  • GOOD - Case and disc will show signs of wear including scratches on case and minimal on disc.
  • EXCEPTABLE - Will have inlay and or case wear and more than a few disc scratches. 

If there is anything extra that needs to be mentioned about an item that does not fall into these gradings it will be mentioned in the description below.  
Alot of our listings are graded as GOOD but only have one or two small marks on them but if you are unsure just enquire.

We do not resurface discs or knowingly sell faulty or burnt copies. 

All cases are fully functional. If anything has a crack in the front it will be noted on the listing, but we do try to replace when needed.

We are happy to answer any questions and take more photos of listings.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first before leaving Neutral or Negative feedback so we can reach a simple resolution.  Whether it be a refund or exchange.

Single items will be shipped as untracked large letters unless stipulated on the listing as otherwise.  
Three or more items will be sent as a tracked parcel.

Combined postage is available on multiple items. Just message before payment is made and I will send a new amended invoice.
99% of my DVD,s are region 4 or 0 so can be played in Australia. If an item has a different region, it will be noted in the description or title.
I do my best to sell quality products so if by chance something is damaged in the post or has a fault, I'm happy to do a quick refund or swap for another item. Photos of the original packaging and item showing damages needs to be sent as proof.
