Pirinase Hayfever Relief for Adults 0.05% Nasal Spray is designed to help relieve hayfever symptoms including sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, runny nose and nasal congestion.
The active ingredient is fluticasone propionate. Each bottle contains 60 sprays.
Read the enclosed patient information leaflet carefully before use. Shake gently before using and use only in the nose.
Adults aged 18 years and over: the usual dose is two sprays into each nostril once daily. Once symptoms improve, the dose may be reduced to one spray into each nostril once daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Fluticasone Propionate 0.05% w/w – 50 micrograms per spray.
Dextrose (anhydrous), microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, polysorbate 80, purified water, dilute hydrochloric acid, benzalkonium chloride and phenylethyl alcohol.
Not suitable for anyone under 18 years of age.
Do not use if you are allergic to fluticasone propionate or any of the other ingredients. Do not use with certain HIV medicines. Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have an infection of the nose or sinuses, have recently had nasal surgery or injury, or are using other corticosteroid medicines.
Seek medical advice before use if pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. If symptoms have not improved after 7 days, speak to a doctor or pharmacist. Do not use continuously for more than one month unless advised by a doctor.
