Recipe: Fish with Stir-Fry Black Pepper Sauce

  1. Prepare 250 g fish fillet, cut into bite size, ½ bell pepper, ½ diced onion and sliced green onion.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil in a pan. Add bell pepper and onion together with content of this packet. Stir well on medium heat.
  3. Place fish and gently stir until fish is cooked.
  4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with green onion. Ready to serve.
