This is a Japanese Pokemon Trading Card Game promotional card, Pikachu 070/XY-P, distributed to visitors of the "Pikachu Outbreak! at Yokohama Minatomirai" event held August 9–17, 2014 in Yokohama, Japan. Three promo cards (068, 069 and 070/XY-P) were handed out at random during the event, and 070/XY-P features artwork by illustrator Kouki Saitou. The card is printed in Japanese and has remained a popular event promo among Pikachu collectors outside Japan. This is a collectible trading card, not a toy.

Condition Details

Pre-owned and in good collector condition for its age. The card shows light handling wear, with minor surface scuffing and slight wear at the edges and corners that is visible on close inspection.
